This project was the full refurbishment of over 80 student bedrooms, shower blocks, toilet facilities, the building of bespoke wardrobes and communal areas. There were several blocks of rooms & we scheduled a plan of moving students from one block to another, whilst we refurbished the first block. We then copied this process over the whole school site.
As the school was fully functional during this time, the safety of the students & staff was paramount; we assessed H & S each morning prior to beginning work and this was a fully integrated programme including all workers & staff team leaders.
The project was delivered on time and on budget.
